Irie said her first word today.... Mama!!!!
She has been saying it for a while now but not on purpose. But today she was sitting in her high chair and was talking to herself (or her imaginary friends) and I looked at her and said "Mama" and she looked back at me and said "Mmm mma mama" and said it several times after that. I am excited. She is getting so big so fast.

That's so awesome! It's such a fun milestone. Although, both of my kids said Dada first. We need to get together soon. It's been way too long.
Yeah for first words!! It's the best when they say mama first, my first two said dada first... the punks :o)
She is so cute, Melia. I bet you have her all dressed up all the time just looking like a little lady. She looks like she is so much fun.
