If you haven't read my blog yet you might want to read the one at the bottom before you read this one

Over all I have felt pretty good for the last couple weeks. But in the last week I have had this annoying sore throat that has felt like I have screamed at a football game to much, but kinda came and went. Then Thursday night I didn't/ couldn't get to sleep tell after 4 a.m. in the morning and woke up at 10a.m. Not much sleep there. Then Friday night Carson's roommate Gina was sick and needed to go to the hospital. She woke us up at 2 a.m. so we could take her to the hospital. Not getting home until 5 a.m. So again not much sleep 2 days in a row. Slept almost 12 hours Saturday night and took a 3 hour nap Sunday. But still the lack of sleep 2 days in a row and already having a sore throat. Can you Guess? I have a cold. Annoying as it is, I really don't know what I can do about it. Because I don't know what I can safely take f0r it. Some thing that will help me and not hurt my baby. Anyone have any advice??? Because I have OHP insurance I don't know if my regular Dr. takes OHP or not and I don't really want to find a new doctor I like my Doctor. Besides I have heard that some of the Drs offices that do take OHP are pretty NASTY so it kind of scares me to go find a new Doc.

Anyone got any kind of advice???

Dr. Kaufman's office in west linn is a good office. (Annie had recommended it to me) I miss that office. It is hard to find a good place with OHP. They are a family office, so it's nice. You and your baby can go to the same place once he/she is born. I prefer Dr. Cooley (for the kids), she is awesome. 503-657-0074 I think my Dr. was Dr. Laird. But you can call the women's health center (i'm assuming that's where you go) and just talk to the advice nurse and ask what you can take and they will tell you. You can take just about anything with the name Tylenol on it, Tylenol Sinus and Tylenol Cold will become good friends, just remember to say hydrated!
